Inner Peace

Beloved Lights of Love, please can you guide me / us all as to the most important thing we should be attempting to achieve in a lifetime?

Ultimately, beloved of us, it is inner Peace that each soul seeks on its life sojourn, Peace of the Soul. This will never be achieved if the ego refuses to listen to that small still voice within, for therein lies the key to that inner Peace.

Some seek it through addictions…drugs, alcohol, sex, spending, over achieving…the ways are varied and limitless, for the Ego ever deceives. “If only I have / achieve this or that , I will then feel at Peace.” Peace is not achieved externally through action. It is achieved internally through inaction, through stillness, for only then can the small still voice of the Soul be heard.

This is ever known by those who seek inner wisdom and inner Peace. To a large extent, the external noise must be shut out so that you have a still, sacred space within in which to know the Self, the divine wisdom that dwells within.

Distractions abound in your present technological society, each distraction leading you further and further from your goals. This is the reason that ever the great spiritual teachers dwelt for a time in isolation, away from worldly distractions that they might focus within.

Abstinence is not a popular word in your culture. Everything is in excess, and therefore your society is out of balance. The solution begins with the individual who seeks to change his / her patterns, to change the “radio frequency” of their mind patterns. Everyone has the ability to change, and this is the purpose for the journey through life.

With the passing years, Mankind reaps the results of that which he has sewn. Illness is usually the result, illness of the body and of the mind. Why? Because he is out of balance. Like the spinning top, when he loses his centre of focus he loses his balance.

What causes this?

Greed, ignorance, a whole string of negative self-beliefs. Ever has youth been wasteful of its energies in its ignorance, believing it could achieve anything without paying the price. As the years pass, the wiser man / woman realises that there is a price to be paid for every action and inaction! Balance is the key…the middle path, the middle pillar, neither veering too much to one extreme or another, respecting others and yourself, valuing yourself and others, valuing your health, (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual), listening to that small still voice within. There is nothing in the outer material world which equates in any way to the value of obtaining and keeping inner Peace. It is the only thing of value which the soul takes with it when it leaves the body at the end of a lifetime. NOTHING else can be taken. NOTHING else is of any value in comparison.

Is not love of value?

If you have not love for yourself then you have no inner Peace. True Love and inner Peace are one.

What about love from others?

If you do not have love for yourself, totally accepting who you are without reservation, then you cannot love others, nor can you be open to receive fully the love of others, for the heart is not fully open. Doubt sets in… self-doubt, then doubt of others’ motives. Insecurities set in and there is no full trust. When you seek your inner Peace, you learn to know the self. “Man know thyself” is one of the most ancient adages.

To know the self is to know that the self is divine, a sacred being. To be loved and honoured is a treasure beyond price, and it is this, and this alone that each soul seeks to remember when it is on its life sojourn. For it is this that it ‘forgets’ when it crosses the Abyss and re-enters a human body. THIS, BELOVED ONE, IS THE MOST ANCIENT OF WISDOMS AND THE MOST WISE OF TRUTHS.

So how does the ordinary soul find this for him / herself?

First, the impetus needs to be present to find this peaceful centre. That is, the Intent needst be present, then he (or she) needs to be prepared to make changes in his everyday life, to re-allocate time aside each day to achieve everyday life, to remove himself to a degree from the noise and haste, the greed, arrogance and cruelty of the outer world and instead to re-centre himself on the loving centre of the soul which brings that inner peace.

He needs to listen and to act upon the small still voice which becomes a deafening roar which cannot be ignored. He has to be prepared to step out of the crowd and be an individual, to be seen to be different, and in doing this he will inspire others to do the same. This is how Peace on Earth will ultimately be achieved, for from the inner Peace will come the outer Peace.

Most people are lost souls. They are ever seeking answers. They turn to spiritual leaders, to religious leaders to answer their questions. “What is the purpose of my life?”, “Why am I here?” “What is my soul purpose?” All of these questions have one answer… You are here to find your inner Peace.

But people who spend their lives helping others… nurses, healers have such stresses in their lives. Surely their inner Peace should come from dedicating their lives to helping others?

Your culture does not value them. It values only money which generates greed, selfishness and cruelty, therefore the altruistic services are not valued. Money is the God. It is in reality a great evil which distorts reality. Stress is the result. Inner Peace can never be achieved with stress present. Stress is an antithesis to inner Peace.

I seek my inner peace now more than anything else. I feel all my “distress” has been leading me to this realisation.

Then your distress has not been in vain. To think “poor me” when you suffer distress is to miss the point entirely, for all experiences are attempting to point you in a particular direction to assist you in viewing your Reality in another / different perspective. When the ego chooses its own Path without listening to the Guidance of the small still voice of the soul, then the soul attempts to be heard by causing distress or dis-ease to the ego. It is ever attempting to re-align the ego with the soul, that there be no separation but rather a harmonious relationship between the two.

Ever is the Soul the Light which leads the Ego homeward towards inner Peace. This is understood by those who have listened to their inner guidance (or ‘conscience’) and ‘done the right thing.’ When you do this, you feel a deep sense of relief, of inner Peace and stillness..peace of mind. Often the mind will attempt to lead the ego astray, convincing it with arguments towards selfish ends. This is not the voice of the soul. The more the soul is listened to, the louder becomes the voice.

I seek to hear this voice more clearly.

Then you will find your inner Peace more easily. People who have a strong connection with the Soul Voice / Guidance will choose death rather than to live a life which is not in accordance with the dictates of the Soul. This is something which none will understand who have not heard the inner voice clearly. “Surely it is better to live,” they will argue, but to live what sort of a life? Not one where inner Peace is the Rule of the Day!

When a sacred space is entered, (a church, a mosque or an ancient sacred site), it is more easy in that stillness and peace to listen to the Soul through the heart. That sacred space needst be ideally seen as the human body wherever it may be, for all of your world and space is sacred. It is Mankind which defiles it through his inability to see with clear vision the Beauty and Sanctity of all Creation…of Nature. And your body is of Nature, natural.

It was not ‘created’ by man, though man in his ignorance believes he creates each child which is born. He is merely the vehicle through which a sacred creation manifests. It is the Spirit connected to all of life that creates and manifests its beautiful new Reality, or body, within which the Soul may shine.

It is still in its infancy, the human race, and has as yet no conception of the Powers behind creation… the Unseen. It believes only that which it sees. It hopes to isolate the God Particle? The God Particle is in each one of us on every level of Creation, for we are the God particle as much as the unknowable Force behind our creation.

Be in awe… be in reverence… for yourselves as much as for the Great Powers that be, for in Reality there is no separation other than the various levels of intelligence and understanding; for on this level of Reality, Mankind is as an ant crawling upon the ground compared with the vision of the eagle flying in the Heavens. One is no “better” than the other. All are connected and all are divine. It is a matter of degree and perspective. See yourself as sacred, see yourself as divine. Honour yourself and your beautiful body you have chosen to inhabit as your vehicle of expression, and you will find your inner Peace.

Honour and love yourself and you will be in alignment with the Greater Power of Light…the Great mystery.

Please could you give me Guidance about the Light behind the Sun?

Beloved vessel of Light… Ever have you held this wisdom deep within your soul memory. All that you have ever gleaned in knowledge and understanding is held within your energetic matrix that it may be retrieved at the relevant time frame for the holder of wisdom to use wisely. Therefore we will retrieve this for you as is your due.

The creation power is manifested through the Sun of Light. This is the distortion of the term “Son of Light” in the Christ. It is a perversion of the truth. All manifested creation is first breathed into life physical through a Sun of Light. The sun, as you know, is a magnetic portal through which souls pass both into and exiting from incarnation. It is the Creative Light behind the manifested Sun which gives physical life to all matter, regardless of its shape or form. Without the Light of the Sun, there is no manifested life, for it generates the pranic life force, the sustenance of all life.

Can humans connect with this Light essence beyond the Sun?

That is what you pray for in your world…for ‘God’ to hear you. You are praying to the Creator of all that is beyond the manifested Light…the unmanifest (or black sun as it is oft times named). To connect with this Light is to attain a level of Peace beyond understanding, for you then have withdrawn your conscious awareness from the physical level of existence and are focussing upon the level of soul through the heart centre. For this is the heart of your solar system. THE EGYPTIANS KNEW OF THIS! They were far more advanced in esoteric understanding than your present culture because they were rooted from an alien species far in advance of humanity’s understanding. They didn’t worship the Sun, but the Light BEHIND the Sun.

Cornwall Inspiration

Every Intention, every Action is a weaving of strands of Energy into Form. Every Sacred Action is a weaving of Light. We are bodies of Energy/of Light, and therefore our entire lives are a weaving of Energy/form. Mostly, this is unintentional, i.e. without consciousness. With consciousness, with conscious intention, we are beings of great Power, Wisdom and Love through conscious intent. Energy follows thought… always! Therefore our thoughts need to be guarded most consciously at all times…

Sacred Sites are energy vortexes where, throughout the millennia, Beings with Understanding have woven a powerful consciousness portal between the worlds for the express purpose of communicating both with and through our multi-dimensional selves. Remember always that we are but energy bodies of pure Light and that our conscious weaving of this Light is a salutation, an Honouring of the Greater Light of which we are an infinitesimal part.

Our ancestors knew and understood this and it was the fountainhead of their very subsistence, their existence upon this plane of creation. It was their “daily bread”, and for this reason, the sacred temple (be it fogou or circle) was ever the prime creation, the first to be created within a settlement. It was the ‘mainstay’ if you will of their daily lives.

Ritual was a conscious weaving of this Light essence to create a desired effect. In standing stone circles, each stone is a sentinel, anchoring a specific frequency into the Earth. The number of stones indicates the prime essence/organising force of the individuals who built it according to their sacred teachings.

The Real Power began with the ritual enacted within the stone circle. When a group moves in snake-like form around the circle, it creates a powerful Force/vortex extending upwards .or deep into the Earth depending upon the direction of the circle movement. Clockwise takes you upwards, anti-clockwise (or deosil) takes you deep within (both the Earth and Personal Consciousness). Similarly with dance. Dance is a weaving of strands of Light into a Matrix of Force which is left within the ethers as well as within the physical form unless consciously dedicated and gifted….for example to the land, the heavens, the Gods etc.

Therefore Consciousness and Intent are everything. They are the Primal Forces held by all Initiates who understand the Inner Workings and Outer Consequences of Energy / Thought.

THE PURPOSE OF A FOGOU was to communicate with the Great Mother, the Divine Feminine, deep within the womb of the Earth. The Light striking the initiate’s head was the Balance of Heaven (the Sun / Father energy) with the Earth Mother / Womb / Tomb space. Both are necessary for balance …i.e. Male / Female, Light / Dark, but as the Earth was our supporter and Creator of Life, the Nurturer of All upon Her Body, she was ever revered by the masses, for they understood from their hearts the Power of the Sacred Feminine in all Her many aspects…..these were the four seasons which were not seen as quarters but as part of a circle/cycle, for all connected to the Goddess was circular and cyclical, a flow, eternal and ever-flowing, as is life itself.

Our lives are an eternal weaving of sorrow and joy, of building and creating and of demolishing and destruction, of embracing and of letting go, of birth and of Death.

We may create artificial landmarks to mark the passage of time, such as birth dates and anniversaries, but in actuality, there are no divisions, only one continuous flow…

Avebury Wisdoms

Beloved Light of Love…How may we be of service to thee this day?

Please would you explain to me in detail my links with Avebury (which feel so powerful), Avebury’s purpose both in the beginning and now, the purpose of the moat and the stones, the consciousness of those who created / built it and its use in the future?

Beloved of us, ever are we here to serve thee in a greater Understanding of the Reality from the Higher Perspective of Being and Becoming. Therefore let us begin by reminding thee of what we have already explained; that the creation of the Force Field which is Avebury began with Light Beings with a high level of conscious awareness… much greater than the present resonant frequencies most on this planet call “normality.”

These Beings were rooted in the energy of the Pleiades, a constellation of advanced awareness, knowledge and understanding of the Greater Realities. They are teachers and healers par excellence, and elected to seed their Light on the planet to enable the frequencies of Light (which they would root) to lift the frequency at the lowest ebb of consciousness…at the age of the Kali Yuga, when most have forgotten who they are and why they are here. Indeed, this is the most frequently asked question in times of Darkness…”Why am I here? What is my purpose? What is the purpose of life?”

On the higher frequency of Light Life Consciousness, this is obvious to all units of soul, for they are intrinsically connected to the Source of their being, their ‘Light Source’ if you will. These Beings well knew that a time of Darkness would come upon the land when most would have forgotten their roots to spirit…to the Light. And so they elected to come to the planet (as did many other Light Species) and root their knowledge and understanding for others to access, to assist in the memory of “who they were.”

Therefore, they created a powerful Light vortex in order to do this. Understand that many vortexes were rooted upon the planet…all becoming ‘sacred sites’ and that many Light essences from varying and various worlds / planetary systems aided in this “project.” They elected to stay and teach those who followed them and they became ‘the Gods’ which are spoken of in all vernaculars by all ancient cultures.

These Light vortexes accessed many dimensional frequencies. They aided planetary visitors to return when necessary. They accelerated the growth of the planet when the never ending cycles required more Light on the “upward” cycle, and to bring remembrance through a powerful Heart / Mind connection on the lower frequency cycles. These were purely to access higher levels of awareness / consciousness for the inhabitants upon the planet. They were not for the planet per se (as) she has her own powerful chakra systems, but (she) gave her ‘permission’ if you will, for these powerful wormholes of Light to be created through love for those living upon her body. You have ever been drawn to Avebury because of your Pleiadean roots.

The energy matrix was created by the Pleiadeans and anchored by those who built laboriously and with infinite love the massive circle of Light known as “the Ditch” at Avebury. This was a gleaming Light matrix built physically from the chalk. Ever remember that all which is created is first birthed on the finer levels of manifestation i.e. by the Pleiadean Light Beings, then anchored physically by those at Avebury…laboriously!

Life was short in those days and many generations were needed to oversee and complete the project. Then, and only then, were there anchored within and around the circle, the stones of Avebury. Remember always that stones are conscious entities in their own right. Each stone is a great Being of conscious energy electing (in its own way) to anchor a specific frequency (of love) upon the Earth. They were chosen with great care by the Magus who oversaw the project. Their understanding was beyond the present level of limited ‘scientific’ mind which only understands what it can physically measure. These Mages were not of the technological age. They had no need for such technology for they had their own ‘inbuilt’ technology. (May we reiterate that the Mages were not Pleiadean…by this stage in the development at Avebury, the Pleiadean emissaries had long since left.) The vortex of Light was separate at that time from the standing stones which came later.

Did the Pleiadeans return at all?

This was indeed part of the function of the Light Vortex, to enable them to do this.

I’m trying to understand all of this!

Understanding comes from the Heart and not the Head. Try rather to “feel” the truth rather than rationalise it with the brain!

We are happy to continue to explain the origins of Avebury….And so, the site was used for generations as a means to both anchor the vortex of Light energy, to reconnect with the essence of the Pleiadean teachings and to honour and celebrate the Light. This powerful Light vortex was felt strongly by all who entered it and was known as the ‘Place of the Gods.’ Still today for those with eyes to see and ears to hear, it is a powerful place of awakening. These stone Beings emit a powerful ray of love energy which is felt by all sensitives. It is “felt” rather than rationalised. This is ever the way of the Heart…It cannot easily be explained but rather needs to be experienced.

Are all stone circles built like this?

Only Avebury has the powerful vortex of energy created by the Pleiadeans prior to the (building) of the stone circles.

Smaller vortexes were created by humans with the smaller stone circles. These were linked to the energies of the Earth and the planets.

Ten point action plan

Question: I would like to receive some information please about clearing my old patterns in preparation for the changes that are to come.

1 – Begin by standing tall (ever are you a bridge between the worlds).

2 – Be honest (with yourself and with others).

3 – Accept all pain as a teacher (what is your body attempting to communicate with you?)

4 – Open your heart and welcome in change (change = growth through experience).

5 – Become the adventurer, exploring territories new on all levels of your being (explore the vastness of your potential).

6 – Let go of the need for approval for your decisions in life (approval from others mirrors the need for approval from yourself).

7 – Let go of the need to judge others (everyone is where they need to be for their growth / experience)

8 – Stay strong in your own belief system (always call upon the Light).

9 – Remain open to new ways of looking at the worlds in which you live (open-ness = growth potential).

10 – Love all unconditionally, for each is perfect as they are and precisely where they have chosen to be at this point of their soul journey (begin with love and acceptance for yourselves. Only then can you love others).

Sexuality Drugs and Demonic Attachments

Please explain about negative or demonic attachments, how we may become vulnerable to them, and how to protect ourselves against them…

Understand that these demons reside upon many planes of being. They reside in many areas of Reality which are unseen by the vast majority of Humanity, who are in ignorance of their very Presence. Normally, they do little harm. However the planet is increasingly being dominated physically by demonic forces. They are gaining sway in all areas of life therefore it is increasingly important that the ‘ordinary” man and woman are made aware of the situations where the inner plane demons are given access to the unsuspecting victim.

Drugs, alcohol and certain plants ( indeed artificially created drugs also) open the chakra system to abusive energetic attack / attachment. When the chakras are open, any entity which lies in waiting has open access. Unless protection is asked for, there is nothing that the guardian of Light can do to protect the unsuspecting victim. This is why alcohol and drugs were introduced to the planet in such great abundance by the Luciferian forces. With smoking (cigarettes), the aura is contaminated and the light is dimmed. The physical body also is contaminated and the individual disempowered. This is why chemicals are now used in abundance on your planet – to disempower the individual by polluting the energy fields and dimming the Light matrix which is the Higher Self Connection to the Light body of Source.

The intent of the Luciferian forces is to immerse humanity to such a degree in the senses that they are distracted from the spirit. Hence everything now is based on the senses… materialism rules OK? No, far from it, for the result is a planet of discontented and disconnected entities, with no direction and no purpose, for they have forgotten who they are, lights of the Father’s Love, vast beings of light and Love with Power beyond measure if they could but remember to throw the light switch and put on their light!

When mankind recognises the sacredness of himself, he will recognise the sacredness of all around him. Gone will be the destructive impulses of the young for they will wish to create beauty and harmony. Gone will be the anger for they will have found their inner peace and gone will be the sadness, for the Joy of Remembrance of who they are will have healed the rift of separation from the Father’s Love, from the Father’s Heart.

Great Changes will come which necessitates this return to oneness. For the Luciferian forces will be rooted out by the forces of Michael and his legions of Light. A new era will dawn the new Day.

Guidance on managing stress

Question: I feel that I have lost my centre of spirituality, love and peace. I get very impatient and angry. I have lost my inner calm. I rush at everything and become exhausted. “Time” becomes my demon and there is never enough of it. I chase deadlines continually and get little pleasure from the goals I HAVE accomplished as I am rushing on to the next goal. I am literally “running” in order to “keep up” with everything needing done. Please can you help me with how I can change this?

Child, first you needst learn to ‘breathe’….simply stop and breathe. The breath itself is your eternal connection with the Universal Life Force….or ‘God Force’ if you prefer. When you resist the stillness and fullness of the Breath of Life, then you automatically disconnect from that very Life Force which is your sustenance….on all levels of your Being and your Becoming. Ever remember this. When the awareness of ‘disconnection’ hits you (as it has done this very morning) then stop……and consciously pull in the Life Force. Breathe.

To consciously breathe is to consciously connect with all that you are. The rhythm of your breath is the rhythm you live your life by. Dwell on this Truth. When you breathe irregularly, then that is how you live your life, irregularly. When you breathe shallowly, then that reflects who you are. When you breathe timidly, then that is how you view life. When you breathe deeply and fully, then that is how you are choosing to experience ‘ living.’ When you pull that Life Force into every cell of your Being, then every cell will receive the life force and become renewed and healed.

The mind chooses, always! Focus your mind on your intent ie. how you choose to Live and to Be and that will follow. Learn to love the “Imperfection” of Life, for that is how you view life is it not? As imperfect? And you will then learn to love yourself. Everything is perfect as it is. There is no imperfection….anywhere! There is food for thought for you is it not?

Everything in your life is choice! That is, how do you choose to perceive your Reality…to always be rushed or to feel that ‘Time’ is ever in abundance? (Time is fluid……..learn to bend it!!!!!! There is a challenge for you child!) Do you choose to see yourself as filled with anger that all is not as you would like it to be in life…or filled with deep loving calmness, spreading that inner Peace as an Inspiration to all who meet you….spreading that Inner Knowing that all is precisely as you create it? if you wish things to change then simply perceive them as being changed, and that is how they will become.

So to reiterate… begin with the Realisation that you wish to change… Mind / Intent. Then instigate that change through the breath, on all levels of your Being. Then listen to the Guidance that is ever-present. That is your birthright child, that you have earned and was pledged to you by Soul through this life’s journey. USE that tool! The more it is used the more it is honed. Hold that Calm and that Peace which is your birthright at all times….for this is who you are….not the pale imitation which you are exhibiting at present. Dwell on these Truths child, and begin by Breathing, Breathing, breathing!

Guidance on dreams

Blessings child. How may we serve thee?

Please would you explain to me about dreams? I had a very powerful one last week when I was a queen ruling in another age/time zone. Her personality was very different from mine now and yet I linked strongly with her. The dream still haunts me. It was not an ‘ordinary’ dream.

We will guide thee in understanding of the dream state, beloved of us, but first it is imperative that we remind thee of the truth that all are multi-dimensional beings of Light, existing in many, many time zones and Realities of which you can have little conception. Imagine if you will a television set with thousands upon thousands of possible channels, each one showing different scenarios and films. This would be but an infinitesimal part of the whole of which you are made or created.

You are vast vast beings whose magnitude of light spans universe upon universe, reality upon reality, each aspect spanning infinite numbers of realities beyond measure. Therefore one existence permits one tiny fragment of the whole being to manifest one microscopic aspect of the Divine Being that each soul is.

You are conditioned to believe that what you see is what you are. This is the greatest illusion, for you are (as are all beings of humanity) vast and powerful beyond measure. But you have long since forgotten who you are. You are limited by the physical restrictions placed upon you in this space/time continuum. However, when you sleep the mind is then unrestricted and it may return to its omnipotent state of ‘knowing’. It reconnects to the greater whole and you are reminded through the ‘reality’ of the experience, of the greater whole of which you are a part (and apart!)

By reconnecting with these greater aspects of yourself, you may become more whole by integrating them. Describe to us the character she portrayed.

She was regal, in command, selfless, wise and dignified. She served her people in Love. She spoke confidently in the Great Hall to the masses. She gave up her crown in order to serve her people better. Last night I was a man with a gun, fighting in some city, afraid yet courageous too.

These are aspects of the self which require to be integrated by you at this time…. the male fighting spirit and the wise woman who serves from the highest principles and who is unafraid to take responsibility for her people. Think well on this beloved for you have divorced yourself from both these Realities. Your higher self is reminding you of who you are…the greater whole rather than the minute aspect of personality.

Mundane dreams are merely the mind correlating data gathered during the day… therefore the mind conveys wisdom to the individual or meaningless data.

The Ancient Temples of Light

We will continue with (an explanation of) the temples of Light. It is imperative that you understand first what we mean by the term ‘temples of Light’. By this we mean primarily the ancient temples of Light which existed on this planet prior to the Fall / Corruption of mankind. These temples exist on many planetary systems and in effect on multi-dimensional realities which coexist with this parallel existence. They exist on many many planetary systems into infinity. They are a lower reflection of the higher spiritual Truth which exist in the lighter dimensions of Reality or higher Light Realms. Remember that ever is the lower a reflection of the higher.

And so, what are these temples of light? How may we adequately describe them to those who live in such darkness and deception that they have little conception of this purity of Heart and Intent? Better first that we encourage the individual to regress in memory, into the ancient soul memory which ever resides within the Truth of the Heart Centre. This memory is also held within the cellular memory and indeed within the very DNA of the individual. For ever is each and every experience of each sojourn in physicality etched within the very energetic matrix of the individual. It is therefore through the heart that we will endeavour to touch you in the memory of what light purity is.

These temples of Light as we have said, were built / constructed before the demise of Mankind. They were built of the finest fabrics of white stone / alabaster, crystal and gold. The materials had to reflect the Light of the Creator, for as we have said, ever is the lower a reflection of the higher. Simplicity was the key. They were aligned precisely to specific stars / star systems depending upon the origins of the star races which built them. They were constructed in simplicity using the constructs of sacred geometry. The circle was the key symbol for the sun / creativity and therefore the circle was the principal construct of each temple in the ancient of days.

Frequently there was no roof and the sun filled the temple with light. (Only in inclement climates was a roof necessary). Nature was revered and therefore Nature was included. Flowers, shrubs and indeed trees were encouraged as part of the overall design feature. Simplicity was the key. An altar light depicting and representing the Divine Light was all that was necessary. The floors were swept constantly and were of either glistening marble or natural grass, depending upon the climate and the culture.

What is a temple? It is a construction which houses the Holy Spirit / Soul / Light of the Creator, and this was the most important constituent…..the Light of the Creator / holy Spirit. Those who worshipped within these temples of Light were of themselves, pure Light Essence. They were in continuous communication with the Higher Realms of Light, continuous channels of Light, if you will, and came together within the temple to celebrate the Glory of their Creator Force. They did not congregate to be lectured to nor indoctrinated in any way what so ever. They already had supreme connection to All That Is through the purity of their lives and the purity of their living. They knew only love and were in complete harmony with themselves, each other and their surroundings.

The purpose of the priest was simple. He held responsibility for the maintenance and beauty of the temple. He organised the various rites…the celebratory rites of the equinoxes for example. He was in constant communication with other temples of light, both in physicality and in other dimensions of Reality and held the sacred space for Light to be transmitted to those worlds where the lesser light reigned. The High Priest would organise and hold the sacred space for these Light Channellings, that is , he would open various Light portals where the higher vibrational Light energies could be transmitted to the places of lesser light. These might be other planets / galaxies / dimensions of reality.

Many souls now feel the calling to return to these temples of Light. We say to you, beloveds of us, that you may easily do this, firstly by constructing your own temple of light! “How may we do this?” we hear you ask. The answer is simplicity itself, beloved of us, for are you not already residing within a temple of Light? Ah yes! Indeed you are! You may have desecrated your temple, for in these times of darkness, the sacredness of the temple has been all but forgotten. You pollute your temples continually with chemical poisons, with surgeons’ knives you seek beauty by attempting to remain ‘youthful’ rather than celebrate the ancient wisdoms which are open to you as you mature into adulthood. (Yes, adulthood begins around the age of forty years on this planet!) You destroy your organs with alcohol abuse, and you seek the sweetness in life, which is so lacking in your age on this planet by poisoning it (the body) with sugars.

Beauty products containing poisons are applied to the skins and always, always you seek perfection which will bring happiness…. not perfection of the inner being, but perfection in the outer realms, by possessions and wealth! Remember this divine truth….that ever is the outer a reflection of the inner. Never will perfection be attained on the outer levels until perfection has first been attained on the inner levels of being.

And so… how to create these temples of Light once more upon the planet? Begin first with yourselves, therefore. We say to you, those with eyes to see and ears to hear, that you already are perfect and beautiful as the creation of the Father. Each is unique and individual in their beauty. Seek not samness. This is the robotic mentality where all are made the same, as in a factory production outlet. The similarity comes in the imprint of the Adam Kadmon….the perfected Man / Woman. You have, each one of you the potential to be that perfected being of Light, Love and Compassion if you but accept this possibility, each in your own unique way!!! You do not have to be ‘paragons of virtue’ to be a perfected being. You are each one of you here to experience and to learn from that experience and therefore you will all, of necessity be different in your life perspectives and experiences.

However……you are all capable of love and of compassion, and this is where you exhibit the perfected beings that you are. When you are able to come out of Judgement of others, and go into the Understanding of acceptance ….acceptance of all that is, that each one is on a unique path of adventure and experience, each of his / her own choosing that they may more fully experience the glorious variety of their Father’s creations, that they may add more colours to their paint box of life and become the rainbow which heralds the sun after the cleansing rain. The rainbow brings hope. The experiences of life show that there is no Judgement…only the hope of new beginnings and new ways of being in a new future.

This is ever the hope of the new soul coming once again into a new cycle of life, hope that it will accomplish all that it has set itself to achieve in its Life Plan. It is ever the hope of the old soul that it will grow from all that it has learned in the past, that it can forgive others whom it re – meets in a multitude of Realities and that it makes new choices when old patterns of behaviour present themselves time after time.

How then to become a temple of light within this time span / zone of Reality?

First and foremost you needst remember, each and every one of you …..who you are! You are not simply the small ego personality existing in this body in this lifetime. You are a MAGNIFICENT being of Light, Beauty and Wisdom, connected at all times to the Legions of light which support you, and in turn are connected to the Source of All That Is! Why do you not remember this? Because you have been prevented from knowing this Truth. You have closed yourselves to this possibility through the indoctrination of the masses by conventional religions. Because in these present times your lives are filled with noise and haste, with stress and pressures, with fears and insecurities to such an extent that there is no space left in which to listen to or hear that small still voice within which is your Truth…the Light of who you are.

So beloveds, we suggest that you find the time and the space to go within, to meditate….ask, and the door shall open unto thee, seek and ye shall find. Ever are these Truths as valid now as they were in the Ancient of Days….and they are indeed more vital now for the healing of the individual than they have ever been. For these are testing times. Never has there been more need for your Light to be anchored upon the planet. Be the Light-bearer, as is your destiny. Anchor your light at all times. Hold yourself sacred and hold others as sacred also, for you are all equal in the eyes of the Father who loves you, each one unconditionally and accepts all, regardless, as His children of light.

Find your inner peace, your inner stillness. Ask us to help you, we the Legions of Light which are here to support you, as indeed have you, the many, pledged in turn to support us. We walk together, in service to the Father’s Light, and to the Father’s Love.

Question: Please explain about Soul Resonant Frequencies; I’m interested from an empathic point of view.

Beloved Light of Love, ever are we here to guide thee in thy search for understanding from the Higher Perspectives of Light. We will endeavour to explain to you therefore the resonant frequency of the soul entity. We needst begin by reminding thee that all that is emanates from the Heart of the Father, the Great Heart that Beats Eternal. Therefore, in ESSENCE, All Is One. However, Man has sought to Journey from the Heart of the Father into the far Reaches of Individuality and therefore seeks to a degree the Illusion of Separation.

To become “separate”, the soul individuates and therefore exhibits traits of individuality i.e. that which makes it unique unto itself. It gleans the experience reaped by each and every sojourn, not only its own sojourn, but to a considerable extent also the sojourns of all souls, for all are one in the Great Web of Light. What one feels, ALL feel on one level of their Being and Becoming. However you have specifically asked about soul resonant frequencies, therefore we shall explain as succinctly as possible with the limitations of language and of your mind’s ability to accept this concept.

Each soul unit has its own specific resonant frequency. This is the specific Ray of Light upon which it is connected to the Great Heart Which Beats Eternal. Prisms of light emit colour and it may be equated to the colours of a prism, each one unique and beautiful unto itself but an integrated part of the whole, for where does one colour ‘end’ and the next ‘begin?’ Only to the very limited human perception do the colours appear ‘separate.’ Each soul resonant frequency as we have said, is unique to the individual for it is ‘tempered’ to a degree by that soul unit’s experience and view/perception of Reality. Ever does the individual Unit create its Reality by its thought patterns. These thought patterns are in turn tempered by the early childhood influences around it.

It is also tempered by the wealth of experience it brings into each specific incarnation. “You are what you eat” is a popular truism. Just as true is “you are the lives you have lived,” for ever do you live aspects of all the lives you have lived, all the experiences you have had. How complex indeed is the individual soul unit! In time, it will rebel at the degree of complexity and request simplicity. This is the point at which the higher route back to the Light is sought and the individual unit seeks once more to be united with the Great Heart Which Beats Eternal. At this point, the Great Cycle is complete. The individual Unit may then choose the next Path of Service to the One Light, for never is the Soul still. Ever is it in service to the Great Echelons of Light / Life / Creation. The Realms of Light are infinite, as are the Paths of Service. Do you seek Harmony or do you seek Discord? The answer will determine the soul path and alter the resonant frequency of the Soul.

Question 2: I always thought the resonant frequency was influenced by the route it took through the planets as it came into physicality?

The Path of the soul is ever the Way of The Heart which is denoted by the Sun, therefore the final exit is ever the sun’s core, that interdimensional gateway to Life. Understand however that the soul Unit is not encapsulated in any way in physical form until it enters the physical realms. As pure Light, it is not limited to one specific ” planet” Being as a Route of Entry. Rather does the Light Essence shine upon and through the Radiant Light of the planets’ configuration to give it the relevant information / coding it requires in order to accomplish its soul plan, for each soul unit has certain accomplishments it seeks to fulfil in order to grow and serve both its fellow soul units and the Greater Light.

Some come into life with the burning knowledge of that Soul Plan when it is emblazoned upon their soul frequency. This is usually a particular plan of action which will have repercussions for the whole nation on one level or another. The majority have a smaller sphere of influence. Some souls choose merely to observe and to learn through others’ actions. They may spend their lives wondering what is their soul plan and never understand that all they needst do is learn from those around them.

They will all however have absorbed the qualities of the heavenly bodies prior to incarnation that their earthly bodies (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) will reflect these qualities for their specific Purpose. This is the Wisdom of the Stars….the Wisdom of the Heavens…Astrology in its purest form from the Higher Perspectives of Light. Ever will the soul unit be driven by its ‘raison d’être’… its purpose for existence in the first place.

Question 3: If a soul is empathic then, is this its soul frequency?

An empathic soul has a great degree of sensitivity and therefore will have absorbed a considerable degree of the planets watery elements prior to incarnation. It is also a reflection of the Heart energy for an empathic soul “feels” acutely. To feel others’ Joy and others’ pain is indeed a gift from God for only through “feeling” others’ pain does one choose to bring others Peace and Joy. Where there is no feeling, there can be no understanding, and where there is no understanding there can be no compassion. Where there is no compassion, the Heart is closed and the Love of the Great Heart Which Beats Eternal is denied entrance. Then is the soul unit unhappy indeed.

So never deny the empathic Nature which is you. Never regret that you feel so deeply the pain and indeed the joy in others, for that is precisely what you have come into experience and to understand…….that you are not separate, that you cannot isolate yourselves from others….that you are all one….that when others suffer you also suffer….that when you bring Joy and Peace and Comfort to another, you also bring these qualities to your own sphere of Being. Everything in existence is connected by the Great Web of Life Light. EVER recall this Truth.

Do you sufficiently understand now the resonant frequency of the soul?

Yes, thank you. I have one other question please. What is the ‘colour’ of my specific colour/prism of Light?

It is within the range of the shades of purple. This includes magenta and rose for colour is combined of many individuated Light molecules. It is never a ‘flat’ colour as you perceive it with the naked eye. The lavender blues are also included in the purple spectrum of Light but purple would be the closest to an explanation at this juncture in your Understanding process.

Q: Can this colour change in a lifetime?
